Questions we hear a lot.

Where are the assistants based?

Mostly the Philippines and Latin America. Both have deep pools of educated English speakers who already know how to work with US companies. And whoever you hire works your hours. Eastern or Central or Mountain or Pacific. Your call.

What's the difference between Managed and Placement?

With Managed you pay one flat monthly rate and we handle everything else. The salary. The health benefits. The equipment and workspace. The ongoing management. With Placement you pay us once to find and vet and onboard your assistant. From there you employ them directly. Managed is for owners who want nothing extra on their plate. Placement is for owners who want to own the relationship outright.

You really pay for their benefits? Why should I care?

We do, on the Managed plan. And here is why it matters to you. Turnover is the part of offshore hiring nobody warns you about. You spend a month training someone and they walk because a competitor offered them fifty bucks more. An assistant with health coverage and good equipment and a real career path has every reason to stay. So you train once and you are done.

How do you vet candidates?

Every candidate goes through skills testing for their specific role. Then an English evaluation. Then a background check. Then a video interview with our team. If we would not hire them ourselves you never meet them.

What does the operations consulting actually involve?

We start by mapping how work moves through your business. Who does what. Which tools they use. Where things slow down. Then we go after the biggest problems. We connect your apps so data moves on its own. We set up AI for repetitive tasks like drafting replies and pulling reports. And we write down every process so your team can run without you. You end up with a business that runs on systems instead of memory.

Do I need to hire an assistant to use the consulting, or the other way around?

Nope. They are separate services and plenty of clients only use one. That said they are great together. A documented and automated business is far easier to hand off to an assistant. And an assistant is far more effective when the process they follow is already written down.

What if the assistant isn't a good fit?

Placement clients get a free replacement inside the first 90 days. No questions asked. Managed clients can ask for a replacement any time at all for as long as they work with us.

What tools will my assistant use?

Whatever you already use. Google Workspace. Slack. Salesforce. HubSpot. QuickBooks. Notion. Asana. Seller Central. We train them on your stack before day one and send you onboarding docs too. So they show up ready to work instead of ready to be trained.

Am I locked into a contract?

Nope. Managed plans run month to month so you can cancel or pause or switch plans whenever you like. Placement is a single fee with nothing recurring after it. And consulting is scoped and priced per project before we ever start.
